Skinny inlets, busy sandbars
The Boca Inlet’s shifting shoals catch boats that ran it clean a month before, and anchoring games at the Lake Boca sandbar put plenty of props into the bottom. The result is the classic South Florida repair menu: edge dings, bent blades, and vibration that wasn’t there last season.
Small dings matter more than they look — a distorted blade robs speed and fuel long before it fails. We scan the prop on the Hale MRI system, reshape and weld what’s damaged, and balance it in two planes so the fix is complete, not cosmetic.

Boats staying in the water at a dock or marina can use diver retrieval: our divers or yours pull the prop and reinstall it after the repair (an additional cost, not included in the repair).

Yes — that’s a Hale MRI scan: it measures pitch, rake, track, and section camber against the prop’s intended geometry, so you know exactly what the strike changed before deciding on the repair.
Can you handle my boat if it stays in the water?
Yes. We can send professional divers to retrieve the propeller and reinstall it after the repair — divers are an additional cost, not included in the repair.
